EXECUTIVERESUMEDOCUMENT provides professional executive positioning and career documentation services, including executive resumes, board documentation, executive biographies, value propositions, LinkedIn positioning, the Executive Strategic Dossier, board cover letters and leadership philosophy statements.

All services are professional-service engagements. The scope of each engagement is determined by the package and services selected.

EXECUTIVERESUMEDOCUMENT provides strategic positioning and professional documentation. No interview, employment, board appointment, compensation change, recruiter contact, or other professional or career outcome is guaranteed.

Career outcomes depend on many factors beyond documentation, including the opportunity, market conditions, qualifications, experience and individual circumstances.

All documentation is developed around the client’s actual experience. EXECUTIVERESUMEDOCUMENT does not invent achievements, fabricate board experience, manufacture metrics, or create unsupported claims.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. EXECUTIVERESUMEDOCUMENT is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.

Pricing reflects the scope, depth and turnaround of the selected positioning engagement. Package details and pricing are set out on the Pricing page and may only be altered by EXECUTIVERESUMEDOCUMENT with prior notice.

Payment terms for a specific engagement are confirmed before work begins.

Revision support is determined by the selected package: Sapphire includes two revision rounds; Ruby includes unlimited revisions; Diamond includes white-glove revision support until final approval.

Information and documents you share are handled with professional discretion and used only to inform your positioning.

Upon full payment, the final documentation produced for you is provided for your personal professional use. EXECUTIVERESUMEDOCUMENT retains the right to reference the nature of the engagement without disclosing identifying client information unless separate written permission is granted.

EXECUTIVERESUMEDOCUMENT’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. EXECUTIVERESUMEDOCUMENT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the documentation provided.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
